Dr. Lechartier is a native of France, where he graduated from the National Veterinary School of Maisons Alfort in 2006. He completed an internship in lameness and medical imaging in France before coming to the U.S. for a surgical internship at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in Lexington, KY. He is particularly interested in research, and plans to pursue a large animal surgical residency.
