DVM Admissions Supplemental Application

Welcome to the online supplemental application. In addition to the VMCAS application, ALL applicants must complete the VMRCVM Supplemental Application to be considered for admission.

The VMCAS application does not provide sufficient space to fully describe your experiences in preparation of the veterinary profession. Completion of the attached supplemental documents will allow you to more adequately describe your experiences and assist us in our decision-making process.

Supplemental Application Deadline - October 1, 2008

The supplemental application forms and check are due in the DVM Admissions Office by October 1, 2008.
 

Steps for Completing the Supplemental Application Process

  1. Complete the DVM Preliminary Information Form
     
  2. Complete the supplemental application online using the following three online forms.
     
    These forms will be available for the next application cycle in June of 2009.
     
      -   Animal Experience Form
      -   Veterinary Clinical Experience Form
      -   Other Biomedical Experience Form
     
    NOTE: Please complete these forms carefully and review the information before clicking the submit button. You cannot make changes after submitting the form.
     
  3. Print, read and complete the following items.
  4. Make your check for $25 payable to Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine.
     
  5. In one envelope, mail the check, signed signature page, residency form, and Animal Usage Statement to:
